DAZ Store keep logging me out

In the past couple of days at seeming random intervals I have been logged out of the DAZ Store while looking at a product or checking my product library. I am using Firefox v109 on Windows 11.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Are there any suggestion on testing or resolving the issue?

It's probably not the case but are you also logged in to the support area? If I login there it does seem to kick me out on the store/forums.
Also, are you logged into the site on another device/browser? I don't think I have done that on the Daz site so I don't know if it does this but some other sites kick you out of one session if you login to another.
Thanks for the reply. I am only logged into the DAZ store, the DAZ Forum, Product Index [Documentation Center], Product Library, and individual products as I am downloading product pages for my purchase records.
Not the Documentation Centre, that isn't covered by ther main log-in.
I guess I should have written that I only have those tabs open. And it just logged out out AGAIN!
What is going on? It can't be a time out issue on my side since I am actively scrolling through the webpages.
I've also had this happen to me multiple times on forum. I click on a post or section same it logs me out and back in before I can open it. It started a couple of days ago.
I had it do it while I was putting stuff in my shopping cart.
UPDATE: Well it seems, as of today, the repeated logout from DAZ store even when I was actively browsing has stopped.
If anyone else experience such an issues with the DAZ store please let others know. You may not be the only person affected.
Of course you can submit a support request concerning the website.
I was replying to a message, and instead of posting my comment, I was sent to the login page - The green man on the upper right corner was still saying that I was logged in...
I haven't gotten auto logged out while on my desktop but my iphone does! I never had any problems up until these last couple of months when they must've updated something on the site. Now when I'm on my phone, I keep getting a popup to save 15% on my first order, even though I've been a member for many years and am logged in! And it also logs me out for no reason while I'm browsing. I don't know what changed but I *wish they'd fix it already. I use my phone a lot to browse and it just sucks as of late.
do you go to another app or the home screen while logged in through your browser?
in some android apps when they lose focus, meaning you go somewhere else, this can trigger a log out. not just with daz but any site logged into. have you tried different browsers like brave and duckduck go?
Thanks so much for the reply and I had tried Firefox, Chrome, and Safari on my iphone but they all do the same thing. I don't use any of those other browsers tho and shouldn't have to imo since I hadn't changed anything and the issues just popped up one day. Actually they popped up the same day the 'Save 15% on your first order' popup began. I didn't have any issues until that started. And sometimes I login and it logs me right back out, and it's the only place I'm logged into at the time. Sometimes I just smh saying I can't believe there are these kind of issues with a website in the year 2023, especially when I hadn't had any issues up until the popup ad.
Oh well, I still love Daz of course but I'm going to have to continue to say how much it sucks to be having these issues.
