Packing up a product.... thought there was an easier way?

Hi,

Didn't DAZ Studio used to have a way to go into a folder and have a right click option to "create product" or something where it would zip up all the contents and other files from the Runtime> Textures folder automatically?  Or was I dreaming again?

    I know of the create product OPTION, never used it! it is still there.

    Did you try it? What happened?

    There was a plug-in, I think, or script called Content Gatherer - I think that broke, or if a plug-in was not updated. The DS Create Product unction is for the CMS.

    Bummer.  Sigh........... be nice if there was a nice script or automation plugin with a few inputs where to gather what and dump it into a set of folders on the desktop or zip it up for me.  Grrrrr

    I think http://www.daz3d.com/content-gatherer will do that.

    Oh, this looks very good.  thanks so much for the link.  Says it's for DS 4.X up so I'm hoping that that it will include data folder info too when it's gathering stuff up!
