Daz stimulation won't start.

I loaded up my genesis 8 female model, added some clothing, applied a simple pose and hit the simulate button in the simulation setting panel but instead of starting the process it ended up like this.
Can someone help me please.

Click on the "Default" button. It is best to start from "Start bones from memorized pose" (this is the default pose". Your simulation will then start from the default or zero pose and then progress to your chosen pose allowing the cloth to fall naturally. 

Studio not responding. Just wait.

I tried to wait, but 5 hours passed, it's still not responding.
