Any cars w/ usable seatbelts?

Are there any cars w/ usable seatbelts? 

I'm illustrating a kid's book that takes place totally in the family car during a long trip. I'd like to show my child and adult and maybe even a dog gesturing and behaving like we normally would on a long trip ... all the "Are we there, yet" and "I  spy" car games & fun, etc.

Finding many cars as my setting isn't my problem. I want one with seatbelt options, even if limited. Y'all know of any off-hand that maybe you use for such scenes?
