Daz Studio G3F Morphs via Sculptris

I've decided I can't use Hexagon any more. I can't keep it stable beyond a few edits and if I am lucky, a save. It's just not worth the trouble.
Unfortunately, I can't afford zBrush, so I'm left with their free cousin, Sculptris. I was very happy to see how easy it was to use. A ton easier than zBrush when I tried a free trial. It did exactly what I wanted and I was excited to bring in a morph of G3F that I had done.
So, I use Morph Pro, go to my new morph and slide it to 100% and... YIKES! This is nothing like it was supposed to be. It's spiking everywhere.
Now, maybe I shouldn't have tried it with G3F first, but good lord it was scary to see what occurred. I read in one post that using symmetry in Sculptris causes issues, but without symmetry, you get inconsistent results.
Has anyone used Sculptris for morphs and have you had any success? If so, what am I missing?
Oh, here's an example of the problem. The morph is only at 5% of 100% on G3F on the right. The version that I sculpted is on the left just for comparison sake.

Comments
you may notice that sculptris gives you a warning about symmetry mode. this breaks things for Genesis figures. However there is a tutorial and a file somewhere that I found that gets around this...
