Making sheets with objects underneath

Hi,

someone asked me to make a scene with a snake rising up in the sheets (yeah, almost like a morning tent). I make a sheet and used the sumilate effect on it. The sheet is going smooth on the body, but the snakes head it going through it....so not the effect i wanted. I experimented a bit with gravity, but then the sheets will not hit the floor. Any suggestions I might use?

    What collision mode did you use? How big are the divisdions on the sheet compared to the snake's cross-section? Was the sheet above the snake when the simulation began?

    Maybe the snake is a ghost?

    I don't have a proper snake - only a medusa-hair-snake but it seems to work fine without any special tweaks.
