What's wrong with my Victoria 8.1?

Hi, I've been away for a bit. I just got a new graphics rig and am reinstalling my content. Most everything's going great.

Except....what's wrong with my Victoria 8.1? She and my Genesis 8.1 base female both look like bubble-headed aliens! (See attached images)
Genesis 8.1 base male loads fine. 

I'm not sure what the heck is going on here, but I can make a log file if needed.

    One or more Genesis 8 morphs has a non-zero default value. Check that you are instaslling the current versions of all your characters 9since, presuambly, it was working on the old system) and if the problem remains load the Genesis 8 Female Dev Build, Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure Shape, the shape should then be correct, Edit>Figure>Memorise>Memorise Figure Shape, File>Save As>Support Assets>Save Modified Assets. The items listed here should enable you to identify the guilty party, ideally you will report the issue to the creator and/or store, and saving should remove the problem.
