I was thinking and I really don't know if someone asked before but what happens if I make animations or short films with daz3d?, I don't know why I have the image that it would not be my responsibility if I used this software or if I would have legal problems, where can I find out more, no I would like to use a software so that later, I do not want problems that I will not be able to pay.
can daz3d be used to make short films?

The interactive license is for games that use 3D models. Anything rendered, like a movie, is covered by the standard license (assuming none of the content used has an editorial license).

I was searching a bit, if I only have morphs created by me, that's fine, but I can't give away or share the morphs I've created.

You can share morphs you've created, so long as you actually created the morphs, meaning sculpted them yourself and don't include other people's morphs.

edit: to clarify what I mean, if you dial-spin a character from existing morphs, you can't export that mixture, re-import it as a morph, and share that. To share a morph, it has to be entirely your own creation. You can share character PRESETS made with other morphs, meaning that the other users have to have the same morphs installed to use your preset.

  • 2D renders, both still images and animations, are yours to do with as you wish when it comes to content purchased from the Daz store, with a very few exceptions thata re noted on the procut pages. Other stores and especially freebies may have other rules.

As long as the part you are sahring is your own work (if it's being done on top of an existing morph use Reverse Defortmations on the importer, with the shape still in effect, to separate them out) then you can use File>Save As>Support Assets>Morph Asset to save your morph and distribute the resulting .dsf file (e.g. /data/daz 3d/genesis 8_1/female/morphs/me/mymorphset/mymorph.dsf) along with a preset to apply any other morphs you used to get the final shape.
