Are there any instructions or readme for this product?
Genesis 8 Cross-Figure Resource Kit | Daz 3D

I've tried to use it, but I keep getting an error saying that a follower is needed.
How should I be using this, then?

What are you trying to do? For example, you have an item for G8F that you want to apply to G8M: you load the item onto G8F, dial in the Cross-Figure morph, then run the script. I can't remember if the figure needs to be selected or the follower, but that's the basics of how you use it.
