Daz to Blender not installing

Followed instructions but the addon will not install.

Just installed Blender 3.4

Have current update of Daz to Blender Bridge installed in DAZ.

I get this error..;

If you have the plugin installed on a previous install of Blender, just copy and paste the script folder into the 3.4 script folder location then enable it in Blender 3.4
