Did the Changelog move?

I used to be able to follow changes in the Public Build at this URL

That's not working.  Is there a new address?  The beta just got an update and I wanted to see what has changed.

The site linked from DIM doesn't work, either.

Thanks. Must be a problem with their network settings.  I can access it using a VPN connecting from either NYC or Southampton UK, but from my ISP in Montreal, there's nothing doing.
