Delete Item Freezes Daz

As in the title, often when I delete an item from a scene Daz freezes. It could be a clothing item, character or prop, doesn't matter. It happens often and it's driving me crazy. When I say often, I mean multiple times in a one or 2 hour session. It's so bad, I have started saving a scene without an outfit, just to reload it and try others rather than risk it freezing. 

Mostly this is a rhetorical venting but anybody else have it happen often?

    Freeze-freeze or busy? Removing a figure, especially a figure with lots of properties, can take a long while as all the loose ends have to be tied off to make sure the memory is freed properly.

    I've seen it take several minutes to delete something large and complicated like an UltraScenery. If I just wait, it eventually finishes. I do commiserate with your annoyance at the long interruption to your workflow.
