Dual Boot Linux Ubuntu and Win 11 questions?

I am trying to get memory polling to work with my 2x3090s.

I have heard that only Linux will allow for this option in Daz...

Has anyone here tested this out?

Questions:

Will Daz Studio work with Linux Ubuntu?

Will I have to install my Daz content a second time or can I just link to the content library folders in the DM?

Will memory pooling work in Ubuntu with Daz Studio?

Okay, it seems Daz Studio does not work in LInux (according to Google)

    But Blender does...

I can export to Blender and then open Linux and render Daz Content in Blender?

I don't have to try and install Daz in Linux, that is kind of a relief. lol

Linux allows memory pooling, kind of wish Daz worked there.

These days, there are viable options for getting content out of DAZ Studio and into Blender. Diffeomorphic is one, and Sagan (which can use Diffeo's excellent materials conversion) is another.

I use 2 x 3090 on Linux as well, and ever since Cyles-X, that equates pretty much to real-time ray tracing :)

That'd be my advice, if I can give advice to anyone: Invest the time to learn how to get your content into Blender/Linux and then forget IRay ever existed.
