Octane render problem

I dont know know where to post this but i cant find an answer online. 

the problem is when trying to render scene on Octane Render the Golden Palace (female gens), the texture/material is blank. when going into the materials tab in Octane it does not say is missing any materials. Every other material loads fine except for the Golden Palace Shell. If anyone knows this problem can you please show me?
