I don't want a shadow to form.

When I create a light source with other methods, it does not look nice, so I am using a Pointlight light source. When I use this light source, it bothers me that every object has a shadow. I want to destroy all shadows. What can I do for it?

If you don't want shadows, it sounds to me that you are after the light you have in an overcast environment, so why not then use a HDRI that does that?

Turn shadows off for the light.

Lights in Iray are meant to casts shadows, if you use 3Delight they are optional.

Is this what you say? (3. photo) If so, how should I fix this setting? Can you explain?

Obviously, the first image in the attachment is pointlight, the second image is plane image, but I made a correction with photoshop in the second image. So it looks good. But on the first render the result was really bad and I don't want to fix it with photoshop cc every time.

The options here do not solve my problem.

Thanks for your reply. I added the photos above. It's a closed environment. I want a light that I add 1 time to be able to use it in all my scenes without making too much effort for the light.

Turn the ceiling an emissive surface, and if the ceiling isn't its own surface, create a primitive and scale it up so it is as large as the room.

You set a surface emissive, if you in the surface setting, set the emissive color to something different than black, e.g. white, and then you can adjust the strength in Luminance (and Luminance Unit).

If the Render Engine is set to Iray then the Shadow Type property should be hidden. That setting is for 3Delight.
