Nabi and Minjun missing from smart content?

I bought Nabi and Minjun HD for Genesis 9 and I can't find it in my smart content to install it at all. I can find the other products I bought at the same time, but not that one.

 

Also if I try to download the offline package it gives { "code": "not_found", "message": "File with such name does not exist.", "status": 404 }

Please open a support ticket - sometimes something goes wrong, I've reported a couple of products that claimed to have Connect as an install option but didn't (and they were then fixed).

My DIM installation shows them properly in smart content.
