Buy-It-All Bonuses, when?

So I've been waiting patiently on the Buy-It-All Bonuses, I figured once Michael 5 got released the bonuses would be awarded shortly afterward. Due to this, I haven't gotten Michael 5 since I wanted the pro bundle (one of the bonuses). I've been checking the forum with some regularity, but I haven't seen any mention.

Anyone out there care to shed some light?

    People got emailed about their bonuses. It was all done when M5 was released.

    If you think you qualified for the Buy it all, and didn't get an email, I'd suggest you contact support
