Adjust rigging to shape (Save)

Whenever I reload a scene with a character I have, I need to re-adjust the rigging to the shape once more. How do I save this adjustment I made so it keeps consistent for every new scene I load up?

Have you linked the adjusted rigging to the shape you are using? Is it a single shape, or are the multiple unadjusted shapes applied to the figure?

It's multiple shapes. I've worked a lot on that figure. No matter how often I readjust and save, it always gets back to this as soon as I reopen the scene/scene subset

When you adjust the rigging, pose the figure first in default pose, adjust rigging, then memorize the figure and save
