VetExporter.mcx failed to load

Recently after upgrading to windows 10 I started getting this error message. VetExporter.mcx failed to load ! What is this and how do I get it to stop?

nothing to do with Carrara I don't think... that file is not on my Windows PC
do a search of your hard drives to find it.
maybe it's a file for some old 32 bit software or something.
The only time I see the message is when I open Carrara
it's an addon for 3D interactive scenes for websites no longer supported
delete the extension
VET is in and for 32 bit only.
