iClone? Does it work with DAZ Studio?

I just saw all the iClone software in the store and had to wonder how it fits into the big DAZ picture...

Does it work with DAZ Studio?

How are the renders? Are they comparable to Carrara or Bryce? Or even to DS when it's all tricked out?

I mean, I can see how Vue or zBrush (or even Photoshop!) can be used with DS because there's been some tutorials and such describing how they can work together, but what about iClone?
