I just purchased a new product and when putting it in basic poses, the hands are all jacked. I was just wondering how you go about contacting vendor or getting this corrected for an update or whatever. Tried ot post this in the commerical section but it said I didn't have permissions.

There is no (official) way to contact the vendor directly. The best way is to submit a ticket and supplying as much info about the issue as you possibley can.
Okay, thanks
I actually wanted to keep this model and just fix it myself, but I wanted to talk to vendor in case something else might be wrong with it. I think it's an ERC thingy. Anyway, submitted ticket and thanks again.
Well, a few vendors do visit the forums and if they see comments about their products then they do sometimes respond. However, that is (understandably) rare. Hopefully, Daz will be able to replicate the issue you have posted and then they will contact the Vendor who will hopefully submit a fix in due course.
Obviously, if you are able to self-fix the issue then you can always do that so you will be able to use the figure in renders straight away. But is always good to log the ticket so that hopefully it will be fixed at source for others who maybe are not able to fix it themselves :)
If a product doesn't work then ask for refund. There's no reason why we have to waste our time trying to fix a defective product, that is what the PA is supposed to do.
You don't have to ask for a refund if you are willing to wait for a fix, but I would add a note stressing that if it isn't fixed then you will want a refund even if it takes more than 30 days for the situation to become clear.
Sounds like the bone orientation got changed.
