Daz very laggy

Im having an issue where the newest version of Daz studio is extremely laggy.  Takes about 10 seconds or more after posing before i can click or move anything again.  Decided to pick it back up after a year and i can say it was running smoothly for me a year or so ago.

Whether i have one model or two models or environments and scenes its still the same.  Finishing just one scene takes about a whole day for me. 

Im running an AMD Ryzen 5 with an Nvidia 2070super and 32gb ram with windows 11.  I had a weaker computer back then and it ran more smooth than this. Please , any suggestions?
