    I thought maybe the table was from Sci-fi Outpost Props, but I don't see it in there.  On the other hand, that other chair does seem to be in there.

    I haven't seen that exact piece, but you might want to check out DM's White Spring collection over at Renderosity.  I belive there are 8 sets altogether, and some of them have a very similar look to that promo image.  You might find something to use in one of those sets.
