I guess you are hoping it's a set - chain link fence and other props, and night time "lighting" etc.
There's not much to work from. Alley or laneway with fencing???

(Just in case you are very new) All of the things are available as individual props, often in "Dark Alley" types of fully assembled, ready-to-render products in the store.
Acceptable Ways of Handling Nudity
Looking at it closly, it looks like a scene or props ripped from a game and then imported into DS because of the lower quality and lack of details
