Best method for applying tattoo's to V7 textures?

hi everyone

been wondering what's the best way to apply some tatts to V7 other than through the LIE function.

should a program like Decal Master work?

would using a Geoshell to apply tatts work?

    Using a Geoshell would work, but as with LIE you would have to position and distort them to fit the UVs. I've not used Decal Master, but I think this is the kind of thing it is for - you should also be able to use Blender, though again I've not tried it.

    I have Decal Master however I'm unable to get it to recognize the files for V7....hopefully a  DM user might be able to inform me on this.
