Confused with graph editor

I have a camera, and I use the graph editor.
I make sure the xyz translation is align from frame 1 to 15.
Interpolation Straight.
But why the camera keeps moving everywhere like crazy?
It should be stay put, or at least just jiggle a bit.
What' am I doing wrong?
Even using preset cam that I saved, the position of the camera is wrong.
Using pose preset for character also put the character at the wrong location. As if evething becomes wrong.

Please post a screen shot, or if possible a preset for the camera.
So as you can see frame 1 and 15 has different view,
although in graph editor the xyz translations are at the same level.
The attachment has only the first key, but the screenshots show the keys are all TCB, so how are they set to straight - are you sure it took?
Well, I saved the cam preset on frame 15. Then I went to frame 1, loaded the cam preset to make the cam go to the same location.
But it didn't to go to the same location, it goes somewhere else as shown on frame 1 pic, and the camera keys on frame 15 somehow gone.
Thus, I went to frame 15, the position of the camera somehow still the same although the keys were gone.
Tilted the camera to get the keys back.
Just look at the position of the xyz translations camera on frame 1 and 15. The numbers are the same, but the location isn't.
(This weirdness also happen to characters when I applied pose preset. It poses correctly, but at the wrong location. To be exact it goes to the same location like the camera.)
If I start a new file, everything can go normal as usual, but then I have to rework everything from the start again.
okay, somehow there's an office in the scene, If I delete the office, the camera preset works again as it should.
What could be wrong with the office, making the camera disoriented like that?
Which office? Some sets by - I think - Tesla3D have unneeded animation saved on the scene elements, so they move around if that is not removed.
PBO Boss Office.
But, it's okay.
I found a simple way to deal with the problem. Delete the office, and load it again.
The cam preset works as it should
