hi why is the timeline so slow for me can someone please help me

When i try to pose the character the timeline is very slow is there a reason why ! Please someone help me ty so much! 

I never had a problem before and now i do ! MY computer is fine i have a very fast computer i have a rtx 3090 graphics card  intel core i9 and plenty of ram i have 64 gb of ram and 24 gb v ram so thats not the problem

If you create a new scene, with just a basic character, is it then also slow?

In your scene do you have some high-poly meshes, e.g. characters with high subD, or SBH. Or do you have clothing with high smoothing value?

also is there anyway to stop the feet from moving when are they going to fix the feet from moving ! Limbstick is not that good it never works right !

see this what happens to me alll the time i am using active pose ! i cant use blender ! cause i cant bend the hips i dont why i cant bend the hips like this pose !
