How can i lock a body part to another characters body?

So as the title says, how would i go about locking for instance a hand to another characters head for animation? What i mean by that is that if the second character moves then the hand of the first character should move along with the second character, if that makes sense.

 

Is there any way of doing this besides obviously just keyframing the whole thing?

    If I remember rright mcasual has something like this in the long list of his great scripts.
    Maybe 'mcjAutoLimb' ( for example: move hand to object) or 'mcjHoldOn' (example:  hand will follow other figure) is something you are looking for.
    You can search for his posts or the discussions about his scriots in this forum, or locate his site directly.
    On mcasuals site you will find the instructions how to use the script(s) and can download the DS script.
