I am interested in the robotic legs on the female character in the promos for this product. Does anyone know where I can find them?

Definitely not those. MLP is a modern-style prosthetic that you could see someone on the street wearing. The legs in the linked product look more like Terminator legs. You might be able to hack Cyborg G8 to work as a prosthetic, but stylistically, it resembles the old M4 Cyber-Arm Extender more than anything I'm seeing available for G3 or G8.

Oh, yeah, you're right - I was just looking quickly for the lumpy top portion.  Hmm... I can't find anything with those feet here.  There was AntFarm robot that had something similar, but I couldn't find a match.

Don't know what's used in those promos, but some of the parts in:
