CMS Search and Replace function?

Is there a built-in function or third-party utility that will perfrom a global Search & Replace for text strings within the CMS database?

Suggest use Navicat for PostgreSQL, easy but powerful...my routine tool for cms management...

Just bear in mind that diect editing of the database is not supported, if it breaks as a result fixing will be on your shoulders. If you have skills to try this you probably have the skills to write a script to work through the DS database functions.

Richard is definitely right. If one wanna use such a software, he/she better be pretty familiar with postgreSQL ( plus SQL ) and esp. well understand the relationship of all tables in dzcontent, otherwise not suggest go for such a way...
I'm not good at scripting by now while proficient in 'DBA' so it's pretty quick for me to 'fix things' by using SQL or batch-editing with some software like the above-mentioned... since I myself too much rely on Smart Content..

    Thanks for the feedback, everyone.

I'm a retired Dot.Net developer, but my experience with PostgreSQL is limited.  Yes, I'm going to back-off on this project.

Changing a single character or word in 50 file names within the DAZ CMS database is a nightmare.  Not to mention how horrendously slow the CMS database is at doing anything.
