How do I add missing transformation dials?

I am trying to work with an armor clothing item where the maker has deleted the XYZ dials for scaling, why did they remove something that is kind of important? I don't know but it's driving me crazy and result is I'm not going to buy from them anymore because of that. On top of that, it's also buggy where bits of the armor seems to be nailed down and causing warping when you try to repose the figure. But is there a way to add those dials to the armor piece? The only dial I have for scale on this piece, is just Scale all which warps the entire piece. I just need to adjust the chest on one side a little bit because the plate is not fitting over it due to the pose. Annoying. I'd ditch the whole garment but I'm doing this image for someone and they really like the armor, so I'm having to fight with it. I feel like doing to this armor piece what Doric did to the red wizard LOL If you know, you know :)

    They are not just hidden? Parameters pane option menu>Prefernces>Show Hidden Properties.
