LMAO! I guess if they had made a promo with a figure driving they would have discovered this, LOL You can always just scale it down.
At a quick play applying inverse Poser scale works, so perhaps it was just a wrong choice in the ONJ importer. It should certainly be reported, however.
bought this ages ago Hot Rod Truck https://www.daz3d.com/hot-rod-truck promo images look ok size wise but actual product at least for me
Anyone got a render of a Genesis8 character sitting in the driver's seat of a properly resized duggy and posed to be actually driving?
No full pose or render, but I did place a base Genesis 9 in my resized to inverse-Poser-scale version and the hands and feet seemed to place OK on the controls.
Here is a quick one using the buggy at the initial size after the update presumably fixed the previous issue. I don't seem to have many driving poses in my library so I had to use one from a "hatchback" product - from that I did have to bend the legs to place on the pedals and straighten out the arms as she wasn't reaching the wheel otherwise when sat back against the seat.
Yesterday, I got an update on it and it now works.
Today i make the Update and it works correct!!
The Xi Armored Patrol vehicle and Rapid Attack vehicle are also oversized.
Richard, how did you apply the 'inverse Poser scale" to correctly re-size the dune buggy?
And strangely enough, after I loaded the dune buggy, which seemed to be the correct size, I loaded a couple of Dzfire vehicles and they are too big now too.
You can get the scale factor from the OBJ export dialogue, then type 100*that number in the scale box for the prop - though I think I was mis-remembering, so it wasn't Poser scale import and was pure chance that it worked.
