Emrys Catherine HD for Genesis 8 Female(s) eyelashes issue

Hi,

I hope someone can sort this out for me... I recently purchased Emrys Catherine https://www.daz3d.com/catherine-hd-for-genesis-8-females - and no matter what I try, I just cannot get rid of the false eyelashes and replace them with more natural pair although these are listed in the texture folder. If I get rid of the false lashes, she ends up with no lashes. Same thing happens when I apply make-up on her.
I removed all data and reinstalled her; same issue.

Any ideas?

    THere are 7 lash option presets listed on the product page, have you tried those?

    I have, yes. Everything has been tried with no luck.

    Not sure of the relevant presets for this character, but if you can see the icon in the upper right corner of the Material Preset is H.Material(s), try to select figure other than lashes before loading the presets, see if it works or not...

    Hi, took a quick break and peek at Catherine Eyelashes.

    Quick tests seem to show need to have base G8f eyelashes on as main backdrop.
    Then add CatherineLashes and apply various presets to it.
    Sorta will affect both lashes.  But need both as Catherine presets add gamma or cutout. Didn't dig deeper.

    You may also have to right click rename your catherine folder to anything else like Catherine_myCopy.
    Had to do this to categorize it, so not sure if your click-Presets will work.
    Mine is renamed already so can't check.

    That's right. The author used a combination of Base lashes + Character's lashes. You have to load G8F's eyelashes to her first. (You may see there're 2 lashes nodes in H.Material Preset files. as attached.)
    It's not a common setup but... acceptable..
