Trees don’t show up in Ultrascenery xt

I have Ultrascenery xt and every time I try to generate a landscape no foliage appears in viewport or the renders. Even with biome presets this is the case.

I do own the product. By design, UltraScenery XT does not display the trees (biome) in the viewport, even in Iray Preview mode, because it would take too many resources, and most computers could probably not handle it at all. So, not seeing the trees in the viewport is completely normal and expected.

If the trees do not show up in a full render, there are some things to check:
    1) Do you have a checkmark on the Biome section at the end of the UltraScenery XT pane?
    2) Have you specified a folder for the Save Location in the Terrain Maps section of the UltraScenery XT pane? If you have not specified a Save  Location, you will get no trees. UltraScenery XT needs to generate some temporary files and save them someplace. You need to tell it where it can save those files. You can choose a single location that you use every time, because the necessary files will be regenerated if you reopen a scene later and rerender it.
