importing from Daz3d to blender resulting in different material?

trying to import clothing with a custom shader (Easy Pantyhose) from Daz3d to Blender, resulting in white plain material.

What to do?

I tried both diffeomorphic & daztoblender.

You would need to build a similar material in Blender

As for diffeomorphic, custom shaders can't be exported, but you can try to convert them to uber then export to blender. Just apply the uber shader in daz studio and see how it looks.

Different programs have different render engines, different render engines use different naming conventions, etc. You should expect to do at least some tweaking on materials moving from one program to another, even when there is some sort of bridge to transfer materials. This is even more so if the material uses some kind of procedural, which may or may not be true of the pantyhose shader, but seems likely to me.
