Yes. I did open a support ticket but if anyone can help, spending this much on launch day was not so I could wait a week to use it. :)

The two obvious questions comes to mind... 1. How do you install content and 2. Do you log in to Daz Studio?

Daz Install Manager or Connect. In this case it was Connect.

Update: I did get it to work on a second pc where I installed via Connect. On this pc I see that I have installed the prerequisite G9 stuff via DIM instead of connect. Going to reinstall with Connect and see if that helps.

Guys, 

Just another update to say that once the Genesis 9 Essentials was installed via connect as opposed to DIM, everything started working. Sweet!
