If you look at the messages in the Messages section, the Freebies have no dates on them and the two Andy tests are dated November 2020 and March 2023
Nothing say's "for new member only"... Why should a new member get something that a regular member does not get?! Makes no sense! And for example, if you are new to this stuff, you are able to use massive cupon code percentages "for the first time". (...at least i did it a few years back...) And if there is an anniversary time, why should it not be for anyone in the DAZ+ section?!
Some mod here to clear things up? Would be nice, since here are asking customers questions!
Even though the banner disappeared from the main page it still shows on the Lightning Deals page.

I got the Millarose banner even though I've already owned the asset for a year. I haven't seen the other banners.
I got an HTML as a potential download and of course I refused it.
My understanding is: because this banner is meant to show up for new members only, so there isn't a need to say that. It showed up for everyone as a glitch. New members as entirely new to DAZ, and NOT Daz+. So yes, this offer (again, it was sent to everyone because of a glitch) is exactly what you describe, the "for the first time". It wasn't meant for everyone, because "everyone" got theirs when they first made an account.
I guess we have some missunderstanding here... Look at the picture and tell me (also in the product page) were i miss that's only for "new" people?!
Also the clear description: Freebie #1 - Meet the Next Star of Your Scenes
Implies that we already have something we collected and so on...
BTW... it should mean there will be others in the future too... Why should that be restricted for "some new" users?!

It was said in multiple threads that the messages have been sent as a glitch (AgitatedRiot even quotes Richard from the sales reporting thread in the Commons, and this is the one I was replying to) and this offer is meant only for the new people (people entirely new to Daz, not new Daz+ members). So you are seeing an offer that is only intended for the new recipients because of a glitch. Since it's only intended for them, there's no need to say "this offer is only for the new people" in the message. You (and all of us for that matter—I got 4 of those) got it by mistake or a glitch, and you already got your offer (whatever it was back then) at the time of joining. Yes, this offer is different to what I got when I joined, and I guess it's different to what you got when you joined too, but I'd assume Daz changes the offering as time passes, because offering, let's say Gen2 figure, today when the gen9 is out would not be enticing.
As for the "next" wording, to me it's just marketing blabber. I'm used to Daz wording things in the way that it might make it confusing.

what is more curious, it is still showing. For me at least. After this thread and the other, I would think they would have gone in and removed it. But I agree, in the forum is says it was for new members but nothing on the banner.
I already met her back in April when I bought her. I'm pretty sure I'm putting Mousso's kids through college.
if this here concerns those 4 freebies we've been messaged about (loft, toon dwayne, etc) we're supposed to find in our DIM - well i have nothing of the sort in my DIM either

well apart from the loft, not interested in the 3 other things - but while i don't appreciate at all that daz isn't honest enough to respect what they promised, error or not, like, why should this be my problem, i guess i can do without them... because i'd take the loft with a smile but don't need the female at all, and the 2 other items i wouldn't even want for free, i'd have to get paid to download them ~

Toon Dwayne at 10-15% adds a little variety to any G8M character. just saying, since I already got him.

I agree with FirstBastion. It does not matter who SHOULD have had it. If you got the banner - and I did, Daz should suck it up and give her to us. It really is that simple - and a nice way to keep your customers.
Sometimes you have to turn off an orange banner on 2 or even 3 pages before it stays gone. (But it will still be in your Messages if you realize you do want the offer.)

Well if any of the "freebies" are supposed to be free, they aren't working out that way. Millarose isn't free anymore, neither is Toon Dwayne 8 and well #2 and #3 I already own. lol What is weird is that the way it is worded in the blurb of the 4 freebies, it suggests that they are added automatically to everyone's accounts. The other is that there are no expiry dates of any of the 4 freebies, so not sure what is going on.
They were not free at any point, but they sleep late at Daz HQ and are just getting to work in ~10 minutes with us on the old continent having looked at the errors for 9 hours already.
I've often turned him down but now that you mention it and thinking about do you think he could be useful in using for creatures morphing shaping? id just thing of another character if his head could shaped smaller and pointed he could be a good version of Pinhead not the Hellraiser one but the one from Puppetmaster I have bought some toony characters to help create other horror characters/dolls/aliens so yeah if he is one of those around $2 sales in future maybe I'll grab him based on what you said
I have all 4 items offered in my mailbox. I am now seeing the "testing the html" banner that still contains freebie 1. I reiterate, Daz should honor the offer. Not gonna lawyer up to make them or anything, but at this point... It's the right thing to do!
