Can't get my Freebie items

Hi everyone,

I keep getting these messages about Freebie items but although I follow the instructions I can't seem to get them. Does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

The message was sent in error, it does not mean you have received freebies (by your join date you may already have been offered them when you joined, which is how the offer should work). There is a long thread here https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/635801/freebie-4-toon-dwayne-8#latest
