spot light are giving shadows

shown in the image are spot lite settings and the shodows are pointed out

is there anyway that there can be zero shadows or dark shapes when using the spot lites?

    You have Preferences>Show Hidden Proeprties enabled in the option menu for the pane, the shadow settings are hidden in Iray since they do nothing.

    I checked where you said and it does not have the check mark next to it means not enabled right?

    iray is a fully PBR renderer so all lights cast shadows 

    3Delight and Filament you can choose to not enable shadows, likewise Octane render if you have the plugin can have shadows excluded on objects because it has non PBR options

    now I don't know about the headlamp on the camera and cannot check right now but it's possible that doesn't cast shadows and can actually be translated away from the camera
