Making Gen9 Mermaid Printable

Please help! Any advise please on how i can make the Gen 9 mermaid 3D printable, I tried making her fin/tail as thick as DAZ Studio would allow but the printing company I use sent back the attached image and said she needs to be fixed, they weren't kind enough to say why exactly so I have no idea what they mean? I'm sure it will be elementary to anyone with experience as I still have my designer L-Plates (but love learing).Any tips for texturing her tail would be awesome too, would love to add scales. Thankyou kindly in advance.
OBJ File also attached.

Please do not upload the geometry, sharing it is not permitted under the license (sending it to a printing bureau is OK, as long as it is used solely for making your prints).
A screenshot of your model from, as near as you can, the same angle might help people with knowledgfe of 3D printing to offer advice - I can see it looks wrong, but not how it should have looked and I have no practical experience in this field.
