When I bring an .fbx file of an xfrog tree into DAZ the leaves are partialy transparent. when rendering a tree at even medium distance it makes the tree look bare with just a hint of foliage.Any idea how to fix this? (Im a newbie with DAZ) this happens in both iRay and 3Dlite. I also see it in the layout window.
THanks!

Studio doesn't deal well with just using the alpha channel...it needs a mask to go into the Opacity slot. And in 3DL white is opaque/black is transparent. So if the tree does have a mask (some of them do), it may need to be inverted.
In DAZ Studio's Surfaces tab, To get transparency to appear correctly (if used), for the leaf surface, set Opacity Strength to the (possibly inverted) black-and-white leaf picture.
