I got a good deal on a used ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Phoenix V2 Graphics Card, and I'm hoping it'll be a step up from my current NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070...
Any thoughts? Is it a good product?

Compared to your old one, it's from another planet.
RTX 3060 is a good option for Iray rendering, it has plenty of VRAM and computing power. It will definitely be much faster than your current card.
I have a GTX 980 on my old computer and the RTX 3060 on the other one. It is a great time saver, it loads larger scenes and renders faster.
It's an RTX-3060 with 12GB VRAM, it will perform quite nicely for DAZ Studio. The only thing I'd prepare for is adequate cooling. That model is a single fan unit with a smaller heatsink, so it may get hotter, quicker than other, equally smart, RTX-3060, 2-fan or 3-fan units. Your case should provide lots of air flow to compensate.
Forget about the RTX 3xxx series. Wait for the prices to come down on the new RTX4xxx cards.
Not exactly the same as yours but a couple of months back I went from an Asus GTX 1070ti to an Asus RTX 3060 and I don't regret it. The DS viewport is smooth when rotating with Iray enabled, rendering is quick and the 12GB VRAM is a huge boost that many higher spec cards don't offer. Mine has the dual fan, so that may be something to consider. You could wait as someone suggested but there's no guarrantee that RTX 4xxx series cards will drop in price, or drop enough to put a 4xxx 12Gb VRAM card within your range.
