Anilip 2 and genesis 8.1

I cannot get it to work. Yes there is a thread dedicated to this and I've tried the suggestions listed to no avail. 
 

1. added the new lines (even though it's updated and they were already there)

2. Downloaded manually. 
 

3. reached out to support and never got a response. 
 

it still says it's an unsupported figure. 

 

is there any more current possible complications that might resolve the issue? thanks. assuming I get a response.
