I wish there was one more option in Simulation Window
When we initialize a simulation, I love that we can cancel it, as we should be able to.
However, when we opt to have an initialization period to allow for drape before the simulation procedes, I wish there was another button "Stop Initialization and Continue" or something to that affect.
Not a gripe, just a wish, is all.
I Love dForce and am having a Great time using it!
There was mention in an earlier thread of someone wishing to be able to stop and resume a simulation. While I agree that this can be difficult to employ, I have to add that VWD Cloth & Hair simulator does that. We can stop the simulation, change parameters and resume and it picks right up where it left off. This is handy for thing like, grasping the edge of the shirt to pull it up, for example. We pause the simulation, glue the cloth to the fingers, resume. Let it play until the character lets go, pause, unglue, and resume. Quite handy.
I don't use that feature, but it's a nice added feature to have.

Can't this be done by using the timeline for the simulation? After doing that you can rollback to any point along the timeline.
Another thing that VWD could do is drag the cloth around during the simulation. Add that to dForce and we are really getting somewhere.
