LIE Baker Broken?

I haven't used the product in a long time... but I pulled it out today for a custom character... and it just seems to sit there doing nothing after it starts is Process: Copying baked files to  (listed directory)....

 

Am I just not waiting long enough? Because there's nothing in the folder and nothing else is happening. I seem to recall this happening rather quickly in the past.
