Rtx 3060 with PCIe 3.0

if i use rtx 3060 12gb on a pcie 3.0 motherboard does it affect the perfomance with iray ? or does not affect ?

Not to any great extent - the initial transfer of data to the GPU will be slower with as lower interface, but after that the main work is internal (it does have to pass each iteration back, but that is a relatively small chunk of data).
