RSSY Character Converter Genesis 8 and 8.1 Female to Genesis 9 fails every time

I bought this awhile ago but haven't had the opportunity to use it until recently. Every conversion results in a severely deformed Gen 9 character. I've scoured the documentation looking for things that I might be doing wrong and can find nothing. I open the script, select a genesis 8 or 8.1 duf from the people folder, run the script and the head seems okay but the body is severely deformed.

Is this a known issue?

(I've been trying to attach a screen grab showing an example of this but it doesn't seem to be working atm. I will try again later but take my word for it, the head his fine, the body looks like Lord of the Rings Gollum.)
