Tickets not being responded to?

I have now filed a ticket for an issue 3 times. I have the screenshot this time of it saying it was submitted. Yet Its either not going through, or not being replied to. I have also not received a confirmation of the ticket being received. This happened the other two times as well.
How do I get around this to file the issue.

Check your spam/junk folders for the response. There should be an auto-acknowledgement from "DAZ3D Help Center <support@helpdaz.zendesk.com>" with the subject of "Thank You For Contacting Daz 3D Tech Support" or "Thank You For Contacting Daz 3D Sales Support" as appropriate. The responses from the actual employees would also come via this email address so you will want to make sure it's not blocked.
You can always check your account in the help section for the status of the tickets - the email is only an additional notification.
So if you have three duplicate issues in your open ticket area that is not ideal and you should probably close two of them.
Assuming that the autoresponse came through and is in your spam or some such ... Daz is WILDLY INCONSISTENT about responding to tickets, especially tech tickets. I currently have one that's been open for nearly four months waiting for an actual human response.

Another from a while back took two years to get a response. But then the sales tickets I've filed tend to get handled within a day or so. Tech tickets get responded to in Daz' own sweet time. Eventually. One hopes.
