how to locate a pin you previously put on a body earlier

So I am trying to pose a G8f character but she moves weirdly like she's pinned to something and I think this is because I pinned a part of her body to pose a single bodypart earlier but I forgot where it is and how to locate it to deactivate it. So how do I do this please.

    Switch to the Active Pose tool (Alt+Shift+P). Any pins should show red, and a red bounding box around the node.

    Alternatively, click on a body part with the universal pose tool active, in the top right is a pin, right click over that and select menu option 'Unpin all'
