Possibly already mentioned, but Henrika's "The Captain" (available at Renderhub) is a recognizable version of Jared Harris (specifically, Harris as Captain Francis Crozier in Netflix's "The Terror").
Another of Henrika's celebrity characters that I haven't seen specifically called out here is "The Baron", which is Stellan Skarsgard as Baron Vladimir Harkonnen from Villeneuve's "Dune".

Actually, now I come to think of it, surely there's a way to measure similarity such that you can train an AI to auto-generate a character from a photograph by fiddling with the morphs. Then again I suppose training it would be pretty horrendously expensive (in terms of time).

This StarByFace.com is very unreliable. I even put some real celeb pics in it and, a few (if not many) times, it got it wrong. Usually, if it's not a green match (I guess, above 80%), it's no guarantee. In this case, though, it got it right. This Amahla is undeniably a rendition of Aubrey Plaza.
